No Purchase Necessary: No purchase necessary to enter the ATV drawing. Purchasing a product will not increase your chances of winning in the random drawing. Odds of winning a prize will depend on the number of branches that achieve their sales branch objective and are entered into the drawing. The ATV prize will be offered in the form of a $3,500 check. The winner of this prize may use the check to purchase the ATV of their choice or other prize with their winning. By accepting the ATV prize, the winner is responsible for all taxes associated with it. A W‐9 form will be required for winner to complete before prize is provided. Winner Releases: The Winner, by acceptance or participation, agrees to release and hold harmless Universal Lighting Technologies, Inc. and participating Distributor, as well as their respective families subsidiaries, divisions and related companies, suppliers, advertisers or judging agencies from any liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, or use of the grand prize. The Winner, by acceptance, agrees to grant Universal Lighting Technologies, Inc. permission to interview and/or use their likeness in photographs, video, in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter existing controlled by Universal Lighting Technologies Inc. in perpetuity, and for use by the company.
